We’re the Schricks!
In 2021, we sold everything and hit the road.
What started as a plan to leave California and “travel for a bit” quickly turned into something much bigger. A few months in, we realized that—for now—forever doesn’t look like a house. It looks like life on wheels.
We travel full-time across the U.S. in our Arctic Fox travel trailer (The Fox), pulled by our F450 (Sugar), alongside our four pups. Some days are planned. Many are not. That’s part of the adventure.
We spend a lot of time in state campgrounds, occasionally camp host, and fully embrace the rhythm of the road.
Bob is retired, and Kristie works virtually full-time in the education world—so this life is equal parts freedom, structure, and figuring it out as we go.
And now… we’re sharing it.

Our goal is simple: Love, Explore, Learn, and Share
Love: We strive to lead with love—always. Every person we meet matters. We aim to show up with kindness, respect, and hospitality, reflecting Christ’s love in real, everyday moments.
Explore: This life is an adventure. It’s sometimes uncomfortable… sometimes even a little scary—but always worth it. From our tiny home on wheels, we’re discovering just how much there is to see.
Learn: We don’t want travel to be just about movement—we want it to mean something. We learn from the places we visit and, more importantly, from the people we meet along the way.
Share: This space—and our social channels—are where it all comes together. We’re here to share the real experience, the highs and the hard moments, in hopes that it encourages you to step outside your comfort zone.
Because you never know… you might find a life you didn’t even know you were looking for.
