Who we are

We’re the Schricks!

We sold everything and hit the road in 2021. We had planned on leaving California and traveling for a bit to find our forever home. A few months into travel, we realized for now “forever” was not a stationary home but instead our home on wheels. We travel full-time across the US in our Artic Fox travel trailer (The Fox) pulled by our F450 (Sugar) with our 4 pups. It’s an adventure every day. We sometimes have a plan and sometimes we don’t. We stay at a lot of state campgrounds. We sometimes camp host. Bob is retired and Kristie works virtually full time in the education world.

Our goal is simple: Love, Explore, Learn, and Share

Love: We strive to love always. We want to enjoy each person on our journey and remember they have infinite value, deserve love and respect. We strive to offer hospitality and demonstrate Christ’s love for each person we meet.

Explore: This life is an adventure. It’s uncomfortable sometimes and even sometimes scary but we value exploring this beautiful world we live in. In our tiny home on wheels, we explore wherever we are.

Learn: As we travel, we study and learn. We learn as much as we can about anything we encounter. We don’t want travel to be just about us because then it is empty and meaningless. Instead, we turn to the people around us and find much joy in those relationships.

Share: As we love, explore, and learn, we come here to share it with you. We hope to inspire and encourage you to step out of your boundaries a bit and do something outside your comfort zone. Who knows, you just may find a life you’ve never dreamed of!
